33 yrs male with secondary infertility.. having diagnosis phimosis with left undescended testis.. left orchidectomy with circumcision done under SA. Anesthesiologist- dr vikas patil. Asist- pratik , swapnil. - Dr Sandeep Nikam. There is chances of malignancy for undescended testis if not operated ideal age of orchidopexy is 6month- 1yrs to preserv spermatogenesis, we can preserve testis upto 12 yrs but function is doubtful. Above age 12yrs go for orchidectomy

Early morning I AND D With Agressive Debridement done.. Pus drained 100cc with NECROTIZING FASCITIS of scrotum and left inguinal region. Thanks team Mangalmurthi..
